Came here with my family. Our first server was great. However, after the service quickly declined as our server left and was replaced with 4 or 5 different servers none of which were very helpful or attentive. Overall the food was not bad (a few things came out the wrong temp) but the service was very chaotic.

I went there with my family at this location. I must must say. This was really good experience of having excellent customer service, food and hospitality. It was quick check at the entrance need not to wait longer for our table. And the girl who took our order and serve was fabulous. Her way of serving was excellent communicate well. Always smile on her face and quick serving. Amazing service by her. I could not remember her name. 2 of my family members were came from England. They were too impressed with her service, food and every thing. Suggestion to the restaurant is. Please keep adding such kind of wonderful and talented employee in your team. Amazed I 100% suggest other people to visit this place atlest once. Thank you.

Friendly staff and good food. I always stick with the chicken parm (pasta is a bit overcooked for my liking) and the chicken is sooo juicy and delicious. I love their homemade marinara and of course salad and breadsticks are always great. Today I tried the Green Apple Sangria and it was wonderful. A very refreshing flavour although a bit pricey for the size you get.

I went to the olive garden on a business lunch today. I haven't been in 10 years .We were greeted in a cheerful way and welcomed in. We asked for somewhere quiet and near a plug and the manager jumped in and made a accurate suggestion. Our waitress was quick and knowledgeable and made great suggestions. The food was delicious !! Service was attentive and just right. I highly recommend. Food for value was incredible. Sanitation was on point and bathrooms were soo clean . You must go

Always a favorite w my kids. Very nice waiter on this visit even though he wasn't supposed to be our waiter and was clearly busy. (Apparently they had sat us in a section that wasn't covered.) Serviceable food as always and who can resist their salad?

I follow a keto diet... They accommodated me and I had a great meal!! I had the margarita chicken and a double order of broccoli. And of course the delicious salad!! It was awesome!! I will definitely go back.....👍👍👍👍👍👍

Olive Garden is one of the places I go to with my girl friends. We love it here because the food is always fresh and great and customer service is excellent. Really can’t go wrong with unlimited soup/salad plus breadsticks. So much pasta options to choose from and they update the menu from time to time. Portions are huge. Price is fair considering the quality, taste, portion size, ambience, and customer service. Best deal I’ve tried so far is their buy one, take one promo. Would definitely come back again especially to celebrate special occasions.

Stopped for a lunch. Very, very, very tasty Chicken Parm and Spaghetti. Marinara sauce was great. BS (bread sticks) were good. Salad was perfect. House red was good enough. I just couldn't find anything to complain about. Friendly staff that don't ask you how you are doing when your mouth is full of delicious Italian fare Music in the lounge was heavy on the Sinatra but tolerable. BNN on one TV and sports center on the second got me caught up quick on the days events. Fed held rates and the Jays are rolling. I will be back again of course. Thanks

Online menu was easy to navigate, I was able to choose a specific pick up time and no credit card info was needed on the website. I used curbside pickup, was easily able to find the designated spots, and before I had hardly come to a stop, someone was approaching my vehicle to get my name. They brought over my order, took payment and I was on my way home not 2 minutes after arriving. Food was very good and plentiful enough to have some again the following day. Thanks for a great experience!

My server was amazing but I over heard 2 of the other servers one of which pointed at my table talking asking how I was going to afford the meal my family and I had ordered. This did not ruin my experience only due to the server we had. I will be requesting her as a server when we return

it was great...the manager was superb because my sister's food(chicken) one is undercooked but the other one is ok... the manager came over and solved the situation👍👍and gave us free dessert for everyone even i didn't taste the dessert...THANX manager, i couldn"t thank her 'cause i left right away to work that time.

We ordered online for a pick up order and everything was great from start to finish. Staff met us in the parking lot to confirm our order and were incredibly efficient and pleasant. The food was piping hot and delicious. I would highly recommend this location!

I have dined in and ordered from Olive Garden on Reenders a few times in the past and the food and service have always been excellent. What has prompted me to take the time to write this review, however, is what I would say was probably the best service that I have received and witnessed from any food establishment that I can remember. Nikki, who looked after me, is the loveliest server I have had a pleasure of dealing with in a very long time. Not only did she go out of her way to make meaningful recommendations on the basis of my preferences and was kind, courteous and attentive to me all throughout my dining experience, but witnessing her expression of kindness that I have seen her extend to a patron at another table not too far from mine who was having a birthday absolutely lifted my spirits and actually brought tears (of a good kind) to my eyes. Before I left, I made a comment to Nikki’s manager that people like Nikki make this world a better place and that witnessing her kindness has absolutely made my day. The manager expressed with enthusiasm that she is aware of Nikki’s exceptional customer service abilities and that Nikki is involved in training other staff, which makes it evident to me that this manager and the organization recognizes and appreciates talent among their employees. Other than to express my gratitude for the great dining experience, I only wish to add that Nikki displayed an absolute gold standard for service that one might hope to receive in any dining establishment and that she is a tremendous credit to her organization. Thank you, Nikki, you are one of the reasons that I will think of Olive Garden on Reenders as my go to place for dine in and take out in the future. The food was also prompt, well prepared and absolutely delicious as always.

The food was decent. The employees were a bit rude. The server was kind. It was just the hosts. The kids options are great. Especially the make your own pasta for kids. It was definitely our go to. The breadsticks were of course amazing. A bit salty but still good.

After spending $151 on a pick up order I was disappointed when I found a large piece of lettuce root in my salad. Very unappetizing. Obviously no quality control in the kitchen. The worse part was I contacted Olive Garden and they never reached back to me. Last purchase I will make here. UPDATE: Olive Garden came through and amended the issue. Thank you.....

Just a heads up they don’t take in person take out orders. I was told to phone my order to them or order online and wait in the parking lot. Online system was nice though knew how long the wait was before ordering ! Which was way too long to stand in a parking lot waiting for soup lol.

Ordered curbside pick-up using mobile app. Staff came out to the car as soon as pulled up, and were prompt and friendly. Process was very easy, was ready at specified time. Spaghetti with meat sauce & meatballs were great, perfectly cooked, tender, flavourful. Pasta e fagioli soup very nice. I love the salad, and the serving was generous, however there were only 2 olives, 2 small slices of tomatoes, and 2 peppers - that seems very skimpy to have one olive/tomato when sharing! They offer the ability to leave out items in salad, it would be nice to have more if desired. Breadsticks with dipping sauce - breadsticks good as usual, however marinara sauce was the worst I have ever had, it tasted like thick acidic tomato paste straight out of a can, completely inedible. I have eaten the sauce before and was not really impressed but this time is was really awful. I would order again using the app.

Came in for a well-done steak!. Server (Nikki) asked if everything was okay. My steak was medium-rare. We had both meals replaced as we ate our original meal. Thank you Nikki for the mousse. She'll love it when she has it.

Went last weekend and the restaurant was very crowded. That is normal for OG, but I thought they might space things out with covid. The menu was very limited as well. We probably won't go back until covid risks go down.

Me and my two girls order take out here quite often. First of all the amount of food you get for the price is amazing. Quality of food is top notch. Service is great as I never have to wait it’s always ready a bit early when I get there. Since the pandemic I’ve ordered many times and only 1 time we missed 1 of the kids spaghettis but they get two each plus the meal for 6.99.. I didn’t have the heart to complain that’s totally fine! Our favourite spot

It was pretty busy on the 27th of October and there had been quite a few upset people waiting for food, but you know something the staff did well under pressure and I honestly thought they did a darn good job.
