This is a gold standard of donairs, not just for Winnipeg but for any city you find yourself in wanting a delicious and filling donair, and the price is so right. My recommend is the mixed Donair combo with fries, leave him the pop if you don’t drink pop. Best guy too, Donair guy! P.S I’ve been many times since he opened during covid and his quality control is on point.

Most delicious donair and falafel plates. I recommend that pick up a dessert too. It was the absolute best mix of mini baklava and cookies. Seriously guys, those little morsels are dangerously good. Plus the owner is friendly with all of his customers and neighborhood folks.

Too salty this time. Maybe the hot sauce? Last time was excellence for the mixed wrap. Fries also too salty on top. Would. Not. Hold this against them though. Definitely good food. Just a minor flaw this round.

Just ordered from Skip, got a Donair Extra meet with Garlic sauce.. and I must say..... DELICIOUS!!! SOOOO GOOD!!! Well done guys! I will be Ordering/Visiting again sometime!

Their donairs are Awesome!! I am from down east, but have called Winnipeg home for the last 20 years. Until now, I have never found a shop that sells donairs that taste like what I remember from down home. I grew up eating Greco donairs, and that is what I have been looking for. This shops’ “Halifax Donair” is what I have been searching for. If you are from the east coast you need to try this donair shop. And even if you aren’t; you should try it too!

Amazing food! I have not yet had the chance to dine in, as I discovered this place during the pandemic, but I order delivery regularly and it's awesome! Very good prices, and even better portions! My go-to is the chicken shwarma combo, which comes with fries that are phenomenal! I'll continue to order delivery, and cannot wait until I can dine in!

I had the Donaire and it was okay. The meat was good but over seasoned. I was surprised that I liked that it was on a tortilla instead of a pita but there was too much meat and not enough vegetables. The sauce was fairly good. I met the owner Mohammed. He was very friendly while I waited for my food.

One of the best donairs I’ve ever had and I’ve travelled a lot. Canada in general is a hit or miss with food so considering all that, amazing food. Their beef is a great taste and flavour. A lot of places try to drown their poor taste with sauce. Highly recommend

Just ordered from this place off of doordash got the chicken and donair wrap with fries and a sprite , a poutine and a chicken and donair combo the sweet sauce on my donair loved it I mean this is my first time ever trying a donair so I was pleased to really try it the rice in the platter super flavorful a nice touch of cinnamon and spices that it jumps back mid way as you are eatting the hummus light fluffy not very garlicky but is a nice to dip the meat and the fries are like a cross between McDonald's fries and Costco fries that crispy coating on the fries and the cut being McDonalds or mabe Burger King but still nice the poutine is served winnipeg style so shredded cheese but still fairly good kinda reminds me of how Costco's poutine tastes like minus the curds but still overall enjoyable .

Let me start with saying I'd come back for just the fries! The donair was great (there was very little sauce. But I'll just order extra next time. And being a good east coast boy I had some extra donair sauce in the fridge) food was delivered quick (used door dash) will order again, will stop in for some when I'm in the area.

The donair is great! Mo is picky about ordering fries without a delicious donair to complement it. The desert pack was awesome and he sells neat cosmopolitan soda.
