I’m rather impressed with the quality of Chinese food here, for me it’s so hard to find a Chinese restaurant that can have amazing food all around. I normally find myself loving the chicken but being disappointed in the rice or vice versa, so forth lol but here it’s just all around freaking delicious. For the quality of this food, I found the pricing inexpensive. I ordered quite a lot and still only paid under $100 (before the tip) I highly recommend the Wor Wonton Soup, Fried dumplings, and spring rolls!!

Over the years I have had several go-to restaurants when looking for Chinese cooking, but Today's Restaurant has blown everyone else out of the water. Vegetables are fresh, meat is tender and spiced well, and the dishes really come together. Couple that with the friendly service that you get here. A winning combination across the board.

FOOD IS SO GOOD! we only eat Americanized Chinese food once a year but when those cravings come it’s hard to quench. This place hit all the spots and more. Food came hot, fresh, yummy! And seasoned perfectly. If you’re craving Chinese food look no further.

So I had a bit of a misunderstanding. However, we were able to correct it. They have the best ginger beef and hot and sour soup. There customer service is the best and their food is the best.

Food wasn’t too bad but it was quite westernized (taste, consistency, etc.). However, the Szechuan Beef was tasty and loaded. The hours are convenient if you end up in a bind with no dinner. Voted 4 stars because it’s a local owned joint with friendly staff.

So imagine your favorite bar... now imagine it has Chinese food 🤩 They got it all, friendly staff, great appetisers, great entrees, and 1 night a week karaoke!! They also have a Weekend Buffet for a really good price 👌🏻

I ordered from here today and the food was great! I had some BBQ pork fried rice it was really good. I also had some Szechuan beef which was amazing. The beef was really crispy even with the sauce. The sauce had excellent flavour it was beyond good. I also had beef mixed vegetables that were cooked perfect. The food was savoury with lots of flavour. I will be back and most definitely recommend trying this place!

Wow!! We just had the best late night food experience at Today's. We ordered and had our food delivered within half an hour. All our food was piping hot and incredibly fresh. Crunchy chicken and dry ribs were actually crunchy on the outside and savory on the inside. The delivery guy, also, actually found our house. First one that was able to find us without having to call us or have us run out to meet them. Definitely a great place if you want a satisfying meal with amazing experience. I dont feel like I tipped enough!!! Thank you Today's!!!

Interior seems like your standard dive bar but friendly staff and an eccentric mix of patrons makes this a really fun place to gather for karaoke. Off the beating path a bit but a good place to try with a group of friends.

It was New Years Eve and it was very busy, but Cheyenne (I hope I spelt that right) gave us great service via phone. We understand the delayed food due to the busyness of the holidays. She was professional and upfront with how they are doing. Which is something we will always appreciate.

A surprising gem! Being Chinese myself, I was initially a bit skeptical about the authenticity of the Chinese food here because it seemed to be more catered towards a Western audience. However, I ordered some dishes recommended by the owners and was blown away by how good they were. I highly recommend their Today's Fried Rice, Panfried Beef with Flat Rice Noodles, and Wonton Nachos. The food was very delicious and had that authentic "fire of the wok" taste. I was especially impressed by the fried rice; each grain of rice was coated with golden fried egg and cooked to perfection.The owners even gave us a complimentary plate of Wonton Nachos; it was a very creative Mexican-Chinese fusion appetizer and a hit with everyone. I was impressed with the warm and attentive service. Highly recommended!

Been coming to this restaurant for awhile now for my Western Chinese food fix. The staff here is pretty awesome and knowledgeable about the menu. The restaurant is family owned and has a nice pub vibe with lots of delicious Chinese food to choose from. My overall favourite dish from this restaurant is their 20 piece wonton nachos, which is highly recommended. THEY'RE TO DIE FOR!! Overall a great restaurant even with their once or twice hiccups in service.

This is my go to place for Chinese delivery every time. Staff are always super friendly when they call to confirm an order, delivery drivers are always polite and the food is always hot, fresh and very tasty. By far my favorite treat meal!

The karaoke was great with a huge selection of songs and the waitress was working her butt off to help everyone. None of the food was particularly spectacular, but it also wasn't bad. It was exactly what I expected from a local kind of dovey pub and I love it.

Do you like all you can eat Chinese food for a reasonable price? Then you will love this place. Quantity over quality my friends, just ignore the regret when it sets in. (I would rank this place 3.5 stars but like everything I round up)

AMAZING customer service. My server was very friendly and often tried to create conversation aside from just asking how the food was. I felt like I was valued because they were genuinely trying to make a connection with me. Prices are incredibly affordable as well. Definitely would recommend to others and will be back for more!

This place is awesome. Great food, atmosphere. Love the owners. Helen treats everyone like family. These one star reviews are BS. I saw that crazy woman yell at Helen and the staff over a drink. Ridiculous. I hope they don’t come back. Nobody deserves that type of disrespect.

This may not be a fancy restaurant but it will do the trick. The food is excellent. The drinks are inexpensive and the service is good. Go say hello to Helen, she is ready to look after you. If you want to sing some kareokee then head down Tuesday night, Friday or Saturday night. Once again it isn't fancy but you are gonna want to try the wonton nachos.

Just ordered delivery would definitely be ordering again. After this quarentine would love to go see the pub! I spent almost an hour looking up Chinese restaurants and had decided on this one because of the chicken balls. They are just like the picture. I ordered sweet and sour chicken balls! Lemon chicken! And the chicken fried rice! All of which was Soo Soo good. Quality is perfect! You get what you want! Edit: ordered off skip the dishes

I use to drive by this place all the time because analog brewing is close by and oxy pro is a place I frequent. NEVER STEPPED A FOOT INDOORS. I finally went into this place today I thought it would be a total dive bar. NNNNNOOOOOPPPPPEE! THIS PLACE ROCKS ! HUGE MENU AND ITS ALL DELICIOUS! THE SERVER/BARTENDER IS A SWEETHEART AND IS FAST AND SO PRESSIONAL. If you ever go down 86 street and 51st ave STOP BY 'TODAYS RESTAURANT AND PUB' you will not be disappointed.
